Run email verification

Checks addresses and stores fresh results. For more than 1,000 leads, create a staged import and pass import_job_id instead of an email array. Does not enroll anyone. Poll GET /v1/jobs/{id} and wait poll_after_seconds between reads. The result includes counts, credits used, and unchecked addresses. Set verification_options.allow_catch_all on the import after reading that result.
